Several schools across the county have announced they will be shut today, with others making decisions this morning.
A number of schools in Shropshire are closed today due to the weather
Dozens of schools either closed entirely or sent children home early on Thursday. But with more heavy, amid weather warnings which remain in place until this afternoon, a number will again be closed today. As a result, some school bosses have already decided to remain closed until next week, while others have said they will only reopen if the forecasted snow fails to descend. Remote learning is due to be in place for at least some of the schools that aren't welcoming children on-site.
