My understanding is that if this first special request is granted, a precedent will be set. City council, most likely, will be expected to allow all other such requests for this pavilion regarding future concerts and the like. It appears other future entertainers are waiting for this decision.
? We hear a recession is coming. Plus, there are other areas in Charlottetown that need immediate attention from this surplus money including protecting Victoria Park’s waterfront coastline from future major storms.
