The Chamber Singers of Algoma present 'Madrigals, Folk Songs and Spirituals' on April 16
The Chamber Singers of Algoma will present its spring concert at Precious Blood Cathedral on Sunday, April 16 at 3 p.m.
Cast your mind to a time when a poets’ words or a composition of music inspired you. Spoke to you. Lifted you. Comforted you. English, French Canadian, Irish and Scottish folk songs are sure to lift a winter weary spirit into spring, including The Springtime of the Year, an English folk song arranged by Ralph Vaughan Williams.
