Ivan Ivan led the Eagles with a goal and an assist, while Samuel Johnson tied the game on a power play and Antoine Roy potted in the game winner 44 seconds into overtime. Ross Campbell and Joel Marchon opened the first-period scoring for the Islanders but the team could not capitalize further. The win moves the Eagles up to 12th place in the overall QMJHL standings with 56 points, one point ahead of the Islanders.
