Cape Breton Jets Logo - Jeremy FraserSYDNEY, N.S. – The Cape Breton Jets dropped a pair of weekend games to the Saint John Knights in Nova Scotia Under-16 ‘AAA’ Hockey League action at the Membertou Sport and Wellness Centre.Koen Cooper had three goals and an assist, while Noah Ouellette had a goal and three assists. Cameron MacDonald and Samuel Kueppers had a goal and two assists each. Alex Culligan scored twice, and Gregor Head had a single marker for the Knights .

Rory Mills had a five-point performance, which included three goals, while Owen Buckley had a goal and three assists, and Kyle Nearing had a goal and two assists. Lucas Phillippo, Colby Rudderham and Cohen Tanner also netted goals for the Jets . Saint John’s Bradley Enman and Kyristan Moffatt shared time in goal. Enman stopped 17 of 25 shots, while Moffatt stopped all four shots. Cape Breton’s Andrew Shimon turned aside 31 of 40 shots.Ouellette had two goals and three assists, while Liam Kilpatrick had two goals. MacDonald and Kueppers chipped in with single markers for the Knights.Saint John’s Moffatt made 14 saves.
