Toronto police describe the female suspect in the May 17 subway assault as having a medium build and dark braided hair.
Police are asking for information to identify a woman wanted for an attack on the TTC in May.
Just after 10 p.m. on May 17, Toronto police were called to Yonge Street and Dundas Street East for reports of an assault with a weapon. It is alleged that the suspect and victim were on the subway when the suspect began vaping and the victim asked her to stop.Police describe the female suspect as “having a medium build and dark braided hair. She was last seen wearing a black sweater, black ‘Nike’ sweat pants, white slip-on sandals, a grey scarf around her shoulder and carrying a large black purse.”
