THERESA S. HERNANDEZ SOS Meet Wilber, our Pet of the Week. Originally, Wilber came to SOS Animal Shelter as a kitten two years ago. He was adopted out quickly, but unfortunately Wilber and his sister were returned a few weeks ago.
We noticed, after placing him in our cat rooms, that Wilber seemed to be lost. His movement was a bit off, and not as graceful as most cats his age. It didn’t take us long to realize that Wilber is deaf. Now we can’t be certain if Wilber has always been deaf, or if this happened recently. What we can tell you is that this baby is a lover. He is very social and enjoys the company of other felines and humans. He definitely needs to be in a home where he has a friend.
We have treated Wilber for ear mites, he has had all his vetting updated, and he has a clean bill of health. Stop in to SOS and meet handsome Wilber with the beautiful blue eyes today.
