Southwest Airlines was poked at again on Saturday Night Live this weekend.
Actor Jake Gyllenhaal, who hosted this weekend’s 49th season finale with musical guest Sabrina Carpenter, played a man who was calling Southwest’s customer service representatives to attempt to change a flight in a five-minute and 54-second sketch. When he called Southwest during the skit, he was strung along to multiple cast members playing different Southwest workers.
Southwest Airlines president and chief operating officer Colleen Barrett has channeled her Vermont roots into an important figure at the Dallas-based company., Aviation Reporter.
