Man faces 23 charges in connection with multiple break-in investigations
A Victoria man is facing 23 recommended charges after officers found more than $11,000 in stolen property at a multi-unit residential supportive housing building.
A man was caught on CCTV footage forcing his way into the financial services building on Feb. 8 and leaving with documents sticking out of his backpack a few minutes later. Staff with Victoria police’s analysis and intelligence section discovered potential links between the incidents and identified a suspect.
