Powerview RCMP are investigating a fatal two-vehicle collision. - Zach LaingINGONISH CENTRE, N.S. — Victoria County District RCMP is no longer asking for public assistance after 58-year-old Kevin Best was safely located.
Best is described as standing about six feet tall and weighing around 400 pounds. He has hazel eyes and salt-and-pepper hair. - Contributed An alert concerning his safety was issued midday Monday, which was followed by an update on his safety a short time later. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Best is asked to contact Victoria County District RCMP at 902-285-2021 or tip anonymously to Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers toll-free at 1-800-222-8477.
