Rochester, N.Y. — Rochester police are investigating a crash involving a car into a building on North Clinton Avenue Saturday night.
Two people were arrested after crashing a car through a builidng. The driver an 18-year-old was charged with grand larceny and criminal mischief chagrs, while thile the passenger, an 18-year old woman faces unlawful use of a motor vehicle charges.
Around 6:15 p.m., an officer was on North Clinton Avenue when they saw a vehicle driving recklessly, almost colliding with his patrol car near Morrill Street.
