Electric vehicle drivers' charging station options grow in Alabama.
Earlier this year, TVA opened two charging stations on the I-59 corridor in Fort Payne.
TVA said it has brought together local power companies, state and local government partners and others to pave the way for well over 200,000 EVs on Tennessee Valley roads by 2028. Drive Electric Alabama is an initiative coordinated by the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs .
