It’s widely believed that Cruise distanced himself from Holmes and their daughter after the actress left Scientology following their 2012 divorce, but according to the magazine, the movie star is ready to reconnect with Suri. “Word is they have plans to get together next time he’s in New York City,” says the unknown tipster. “Tom’s had a change of heart.”
The supposed source goes on to say that Holmes is “cautiously optimistic” about her 13-year-old daughter reuniting with Cruise, but “she can see Suri’s happier being in touch with him, so she’s been supportive of seeing them reconnect.” The questionable insider continues, “Since Tom’s note to Suri, there have been several more emails and FaceTime conversations. They’re keeping up their banter and writing to each other.
