Because Arjé operates on a see-now-buy-now model, the Corrals had produced their “full run” of shearlings before any of those buyers or editors had even seen the samples. They sold out during market week from wholesale buyers alone, meaning there were none left for Arjé’s “winter home” pop-up launching a few months later in New York.
