The 10 finalists for the 'Best Kebab House in Scotland award' have been announced
There's no better feeling than a Friday night takeaway from the local kebab house, and now Scots have the chance to give back to the community heroes by voting for them in a prestigious awards.
The 10 restaurants which made it to the finals for the 'Best Kebab House in Scotland award' stretch up and down the country - from Dino's Pizza in Montrose to Dante’s Fish, Chips & Kebab in Dumfries. Judges this year include the SNP MP Alison Thewliss, Conservative MP Nadhim Zahawi, broadcaster James O’Brien and Octopus Energy CEO Greg Jackson.
The awards' website states: "The British Kebab Awards in association with JUST EAT are our chance to recognise and champion the efforts of local kebab takeaways and restaurants across the nation.
