PennDOT urges drivers to avoid unnecessary travel, but for anyone who does need to go out, the speed limit has been lower to 45 mph on the following roads:This restriction is for the sections of these roads that are in the areas of Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster Lebanon, Perry and York counties.
Interstates in the region are currently under Tier 2 vehicle restrictions, which prohibits the following vehicles:Tractors towing unloaded or lightly loaded enclosed trailers, open trailers or tank trailers.
