Frank A. Nork was arrested in October when he arrived at a Lewisburg motel allegedly to meet a 13-year-old girl for sex.

in U.S. Middle District Court on a charge of attempted enticement of a minor to engage in sexual activity and prostitution.Rocktashel included in his court filing copies of Oct. 21 text messages between Nork and an undercover individual posing as the girl’s aunt. After a meeting is arranged the undercover texts, “You are not a cop right? And you’re OK with her being 13 just don’t want any trouble.”
When interviewed after being taken into custody Nork states he “did something stupid” and admitted negotiating the $75 price, the court document states.Besides arguing the messages show the prosecution’s evidence is substantial, Rocktashel contends Nork is a danger to flee because if convicted because he is facing a 10-year mandatory minimum prison term.
