Mikah Lewis of Willoughby Hills has been charged with two counts of felonious assault, both felonies.
Officers were called to the parking lot of Pine Ridge Apartments, 2260 Par Lane, at about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to police. Two people were involved in an argument with Lewis. As the two victims drove off, Lewis is accused of pulling out a handgun and firing shots through the rear window of their vehicle.
The two victims were not wounded in the shooting, police say. Lewis was arrested at the scene and handgun was confiscated, according to police.More crime-related content on cleveland.com
