The last Powerball jackpot was won back in October 2021.
A further 1,384 people won $100 by matching four white balls and 316 others doubled their winnings by purchasing the Power Play option.
Players then select five numbers from 1 to 69, in addition to a red Powerball number that ranges from 1 to 36. Drawings are broadcast live every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m. E.T. from the Florida Lottery draw studio in Tallahassee. Powerball holds the world record for the largest-ever jackpot winning, which was set in 2016 when winners in California, Florida and Tennessee shared a $1.586 billion grand prize.
