LISBON - Portuguese consumer prices rose 2.1% year-on-year in October, after a 3.6% increase in the previous month, and well below a 10.1% jump a year ago, when record-high energy prices across Europe stoked overall inflation, flash data from the National Statistics Institute showed on Tuesday.
