West Manchester Township police said officers were called to The Auto Spa Express, 2140 York Crossing Drive, around 12:55 p.m. for the shooting. Surveillance footage shows a white Kia Forte with temporary Maryland registration and dark-tinted windows, parked at the business at the time, according to police. Shots were fired and the two people were hit.
A 24-year-old man died from his injuries at York Hospital, York County Coroner Pam Gay said Friday evening. Another person, who was not identified by officials, is being treated at the hospital.Anyone with information about the shooting or the current location of the suspect vehicle should contact West Manchester Township police at 717-792-9514.
