An Oshawa man is facing impaired driving charges after OPP received multiple calls about a wrong-way driver in Guelph.
Wellington County OPP recieved a number of calls around 4:15 a.m. March 22 about a vehicle travelling the wrong way on the Hanlon Parkway.
