One person is facing a charge of assaulting an OPP officer in Quinte West.

Late Saturday morning, OPP responded to Lorne Avenue for a report of a person trespassing and acting erratically. Police located the individual and arrested them on outstanding warrants, however, during the arrest, the accused allegedly failed to comply with the officers.Tracy Millar, 45, of Oshawa is charged with Assaulting a Peace Officer, Resisting Arrest and Mischief under $5000.
