Acclaimed author George Saunders, NPR host Steve Inskeep and Pulitzer Prize-winning author Viet Thanh Nguyen are just a few of the featured guests this year.
All other events will be held at the Midtown Scholar and are free to the public. Seating is first come, first served.
A special Children’s Day event will run from 10 a.m. to noon with story time sessions, a scavenger hunt, face painting and more. In addition, an outdoor tent sale will run during the length of the festival.will speak with WITF’s Scott LaMar about his new book, “Differ We Must: How Lincoln Succeeded in a Divided America” at 6 p.m.
