York police are announcing charges against a man who used to lived in Oshawa as part of an investigation into sexual assaults committed against children.
Police began investigation in May after two victims came forward to report they had been sexually assaulted by the same man when they were both young children.Through the investigation, officers found a third victim who was allegedly assaulted in 2019.Harvey Kenneth Jackson, 79, of Pefferlaw is charged with Sexual Assault x5, Gross Indecency X3 and Sexual Interference x2.
Jackson has lived or worked in several different areas including Georgina, McMurrich Monteith and the cities of Cambridge, Oshawa, and Michigan U.S.They are urging any additional victims to please come forward.
