A convicted felon on Wednesday was sentenced again, this time for murder.
per a plea deal, was given 34 years in prison for the gruesome murder of Matthew Pacheco-McKinney, 32.outside a vacant apartment in Live Oak. He had been tied up, tortured, shot and injected with bleach.
Hunt was arrested and charged more than a month after the murder. He said nothing as 186th District Court Judge Kristina Escalona sentenced him. Pacheco-McKinney’s mother was in court and faced Hunt after the sentencing as she gave a victim impact statement.
