Cristobal Alfredo Ixquier Mejia was pronounced dead at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center.

A 19-year-old man was shot dead in Queens late Thursday by a gunman who believed he was a member of the Bloods gang, cops said.

Ixquier Mejia, who lived about a half-mile from the scene, was taken to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, cops said.
