Local man charged with sending harassing letters

THUNDER BAY — City police arrested a 54-year-old man who is alleged to have sent harassing letters to local businesses.

Police said an investigation began in March after letters, which were described to be sexual in nature, were sent to a local business. That investigation found there were two other similar incidents, with one reported last September and the other between June and July 2022.
