King Charles III and Camilla, the Queen Consort, have shared the recipe for a vegetarian dish they hope can inspire celebratory gatherings in honour of the May 6 coronation ceremony.The pie is described as having “a crisp, light pastry case and delicate flavours.”Their Majesties suggest eating it hot or cold with a green salad and boiled new potatoes, and serving it at a "Coronation Big Lunch.
Lightly flour the work surface and roll out the pastry to a circle a little larger than the top of the tin and approximately 5 mm thick.
