The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner identified the deceased as 71-year-old Nina Fielden. He said there were no signs of trauma.
Mike Thomas, a spokesman for Cleveland Heights, said police officers and firefighters were dispatched to a home in the 2700 block of Noble Road on Tuesday morning for a report of a dead body.
Thomas said the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner identified the deceased as 71-year-old Nina Fielden. He said there were no signs of trauma. Fielden is currently listed as the property owner on the Cuyahoga County Fiscal Officer’s website, but the person who found her body recently purchased the home through a sheriff’s sale.
Thomas said the new owner told detectives he had visited the site to check on the property and found Fielden in the basement. If you purchase a product or register for an account through one of the links on our site, we may receive compensation.
