However, we’re going to get there, we’re going to get there.
“Those were his teams,” said Nieuwenhuis. “One of his biggest strengths was how to deal with conflict within the team. He knew how to go about keeping the team accountable. The thing that stood out the most to me is that he did it with such confidence and grace. I learned a lot from that. “When he has any kind of instructive criticism, it’s much better received because of the relationships he has.”
