Rochester, N.Y.
— Four suspects are in custody following a shooting and brief pursuit on the city's north side late Monday afternoon.
Just after 4 p.m,, officers responded to a ShotSpotter activation in the area of Joseph and Clifford avenues. Once there, officers spotted a vehicle leaving the area, which refused to comply with orders. After a brief pursuit followed, three people inside the vehicle involved, which had come to a stop, were taken into custody, according to police.
The driver, who briefly fled the scene on foot, was also eventually taken into custody. Charges against the suspects are unclear at this time.
