Police said Sideic Robinson, 19, was shot and killed inside Burger King on Lyell Avenue around 7:40 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 14, 2023, while leaving work. to manslaughter for fatally shooting Sideic Robinson, 19, Jan. 14 as Robinson was leaving the restaurant on Lyell Avenue in the city.A judge sentenced Tubbs on Monday to a total of 30 years in prison — including 25 for Robinson's death and five more for the second incident.
“The shooting death of Sideic Robinson was nothing but a senseless crime that ripped a young life away from his friends and family,” Assistant District Attorney Jennifer Kennedy said in a statement. “While I am pleased that Dashaun Tubbs will serve thirty years for his crimes, nothing can bring back the young life he stole."
