The former Canadas Best Value Inn in Saint John, N.B. is getting a new look and name as Crowne Plaza Saint John Harbour View. The hotel is expected to open in late 2023. Owned by Devansh Group of Hotels, the property, formerly known as Canada's Best Value Inn, will undergo a $7.5-million renovation. The refurbished hotel will feature 135 guestrooms and an array of amenities such as an on-site restaurant, a swimming pool, an arcade and harbour-view meeting facilities.
“We selected IHG and the Crowne Plaza brand given their extensive IHG One Rewards loyalty program and global market presence,” said Patel.
