Researchers discover two-pronged approach to stimulate STINGantitumoractivity NatureComms

mice were treated with a 100-μl complex containing 50 μg of ADU-S100 and/or 0.1 mg/kg of 5AZADC or PBS intratumorally as described previouslymice, the I.T. injection was performed every 2–3 days thereafter for the duration of the study. Tumor-bearing C57BL/6 mice were treated I.T. with 50 μg of ADU-S100 on days 7, 9, and 11 and/or 0.1 mg/kg of 5AZADC on days 5, 6, 7, 9, and 11, with control groups receiving I.T. injection of PBS. Tumors were measured every 2 days with a caliper.
