Adam Odette was arrested around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday outside an apartment complex in the area of Wilson Road North and Rossland Road East.
They were able to establish a perimeter around the area. When Odette came out, officers took him into custody without incident.“It is a big relief,” said Detective Sergeant Doris Carriere when speaking with Durham Radio News. “I think it’s a relief for us in terms of all of the resources that are needed to apprehend an accused [person] like that, but also a relief for the community as well.
