THUNDER BAY — Thunder Bay District Health Unit staff across the region represented by the Canadian Union of Public Employees have a new contract.
If workers had walked out, health unit offices across northwestern Ontario would have been affected in communities including Nipigon, Red Rock, Marathon, Manitouwadge, Terrace Bay, Schreiber, Geraldton, Longlac, Nakina, Caramat, Armstrong, and Upsala.
