Sudbury-based charity Inzira y'Urumuri is raising money to upgrade learning opportunities in the African nation
Head to Larry’s Service Centre on Notre Dame Avenue on Sept. 16 and get your car washed while helping support education in a Rwandan village at the same time.
It all started in December 2011, when Sudbury residents Noreen Barbe, Adolphine Mukamanzi and Marie Ntaganda traveled to Rwanda. This inspired the group to create Inzira y’Urumuri and begin to raise funds to give the students and their families better access to education and educational resources.
