After the dust settled on the evening in Brooklyn, Clark took a moment to leave a brief message for fans in Indianapolis, introducing herself as she prepares for her rookie season in the WNBA.
"Hey Fever fans, it's Caitlin Clark. I can't wait to get to Indianapolis. I know you guys are excited, I am too. Go Fever!" she said in a video posted on by the Fever's social media team.Fans in Indiana have been preparing for the arrival of Clark ever since it was determined they'd be picking first in this year's draft.
