Sentences for offences committed in Smithers, Houston, Burns Lake, Vanderhoof, Fort St. James and areas

- Burton Steven Joseph was sentenced to 148 days in jail and one year probation and ordered to provide a DNA sample for assault causing bodily harm, committed in Fort St. James. Joseph was in custody for 20 days prior to sentencing.

- Jonathan Denis Monk was sentenced to 45 days in jail for breaching probation, committed in Tachie. Monk was in custody for 10 days prior to sentencing. - Terri Lynne Kinney was prohibited from driving for 18 months and fined $500 plus a $150 victim surcharge for driving with a blood-alcohol level over .08, committed in Smithers.

- Kristie Elizabeth George was issued a six-month $50 recognizance after an allegation of causing fear of injury or damage in Witset.
