SaltWire's Atlantic regional weather forecast for October 20, 2023 | SaltWireTANTALLON, N.S. — RCMP have arrested and charged 57-year-old Andrew Joseph Cullen for his alleged involvement in multiple vandalism incidents including slashed tires, damage to a search and rescue boat and uttering threats over the phone.
Later that day, police received multiple complaints from the Hubbards area about a man threatening several people over the phone. The next day, police were called about several more incidents after surveillance footage at a marina on Nautical Way in Tantallon recorded vandalism to a St. Margarets Bay Marine Search and Rescue inflatable vessel, a boat life and two boat trailers.
