B-Sens bounce into an AHL playoff spot
The Belleville Senators have jumped into an AHL playoff spot and it came in dramatic fashion.
Defenceman Lassi Thomson scored with 13 seconds left in regulation to break a 3 all tie and send the B-Sens to a 4-3 win over the visiting Utica Comets. Cole Cassels assisted on all 4 Belleville goals to push the Sens one point past Laval into 5th place in the North Division with 12 games left in the regular season. The Rocket fell 2-0 to the Rochester Americans.Jake Luccini Jacob Bernard Docker and Roby Jarventie also scored for Belleville.Belleville is on the road this weekend for two games in Cleveland against the Monsters .
