Police say the suspect in the abduction of 2-year-old Brandon Rozier is Lucy Renee Bullock, 22.
NORTH COLLEGE HILL, Ohio — Police are searching for a 22-year-old woman accused of abducting a 2-year-old boy Thursday from a baby-sitter’s home.has been issued for Brandon Rozier Jr., who reportedly was taken from a home in North Hill by Lucy Bullock, who is a friend of the baby-sitter. Brandon’s mother had dropped the child off at the baby-sitter’s home Wednesday night, police say.
A news release from police says Bullock took the child and the baby-sitter’s vehicle without permission and left the home at about 5 a.m. Thursday. Authorities are concerned the child could be in danger.Brandon is about 2 feet tall and weighs about 25 pounds. He has braided hair and was wearing black clothes when he was taken, according to police.
