Residents of Port Alberni, Alberni-Clayoquot Regional District and nearby First Nations are being asked to limit water use after a large truck went over an embankment and damaged the main water line on Franklin Road on Thursday.Stage-three water restrictions are in effect in the city, district, Hupacasath and Tseshaht First Nations, Beaver Creek Water Local Service Area, and Franklin River Road area.
