A reporter asked Griffin about his driver’s habits after Bibb’s driver on Thursday appeared to violate city policy -- and potentially state traffic laws – when he used his emergency lights to run an apparent red light in downtown Cleveland. As the SUV traveled through the intersection, another vehicle, which appeared to have the green light, slammed into the side of the mayor’s vehicle.
