Around 4:30 p.m., an anonymous person called 911 after finding two dead women at Ned Houk Park, which is located about five miles north of Clovis. The victims were identified as Samantha Cisneros, 23, and Taryn Allen, 23, from Texico, New Mexico.Cisneros' 5-year-old daughter was covered in blood from a head injury. She was taken to Plains Regional Medical Center and then transferred to a hospital in Lubbock.
Officers found an infant car seat, an infant stroller and a small baby bottle left. They believe Cisneros' 10-month-old child, Eleia Maria Torres, was abducted by the murder suspect.According to New Mexico State Police, Torres is 28 inches tall and weighs 23 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair. The suspect could be driving a maroon Honda.We do know they were supposed to be at Walmart, from what family members knew, selling puppies,” Thron said.
