The siblings, identified as Alva Clay, aged 7, and Royce Cruz, aged 5, were last seen in the 1900 block of Jay St. in Carrizo Springs, TX, at approximately 2:00 PM on May 3, 2024. Alva Clay is described as a 7-year-old white female, weighing approximately 60 lbs and standing at 4'5". She has brown eyes and brown hair. Royce Cruz, her younger brother, is a 5-year-old black male, weighing around 50 lbs and standing at 4'0". He has brown eyes and black hair. Royce was last seen wearing a blue polo shirt and khaki shorts.
Authorities have identified the suspect as Dora Cruz, a 37-year-old Hispanic female. She is described as approximately 5'1" tall, weighing 120 lbs, with brown eyes and blond hair. Dora Cruz was last seen wearing a white, pink, and yellow t-shirt. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact local authorities or the Carrizo Springs Police Department at 876-3500.
