We now know the look and name of the next Xbox.

On Thursday night, during The Game Awards, Microsoft unveiled the Xbox Series X, the next version of its popular Xbox console, will launch during the 2020 holiday season.Phil Spencer, the head of Xbox at Microsoft, said the Series X will be"our fastest and most powerful console ever" with improved speed and compatibility, as well as the ability to play games from multiple Xbox generations.
"For eighteen years and three console generations, the Xbox community has shown us the power both games and fun can have on all of us," said Spencer in a statement."As we enter a new generation of gaming, we see a future where you’re instantly absorbed in your games – where worlds are even more lifelike, immersive, responsive and surprising – and where you are at the center of your gaming experience.
