Despite the Pennsylvania Supreme Court deciding his registration was unconstitutional, Wes Artis lost more than 5 years of his life in and out of prison for not reporting changing jobs.

Artis, who is training to be a competitive cyclist, is on his bike nearly every day, whether he is riding to work in Carlisle from his home outside Chambersburg or logging training miles. The 33-year-old said riding gives him a sense of freedom, something he has been missing for nearly a decade.
