The 22-year-old Hispanic man, whose name has not been publicly released, was found unresponsive inside a drilling hole and pronounced dead on the scene. Law enforcement believes he was killed by the drill bit. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration told ABC13 in a statement that the company involved is Groundhog Foundation Drilling. They are said to be a sub of subcontractor DMAC Construction, which general contractor Rosenberger Construction hired.
